Terms

Last updated: 8 August 2026

These terms cover your use of ainaptic.com. By using the site, you accept them.

Using the site

Read it, link to it, quote it. Please do not:

We publish an llms.txt file setting out how automated agents may use our content. Please respect it.

Quoting us

You may quote a reasonable extract for reporting, review or criticism, as long as you credit Ainaptic and link to the original article. Republishing an article in full, or using our work to train a model, needs our permission — write to [email protected].

Ownership

Unless we say otherwise, the words, design and code on this site belong to us. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only. Open-source projects we write about stay under their own licences.

Accuracy, and what this is not

We work hard to be accurate and we correct mistakes openly. Even so, this site is general information, not advice. Technology moves quickly, and something we tested may have changed by the time you read about it. A review is not a substitute for evaluating a product against your own requirements, and nothing here is legal, financial or security advice.

Links to other sites

We link out often. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Commercial content

Where a page carries sponsorship or affiliate links, it is labelled. Commercial relationships never decide our editorial conclusions — see our editorial standards.

Availability

We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
